  1. A delivery arrives. Goods-in at the scanning station: a barcode scanner or RFID reader picks items up and a Zebra printer prints labels on the spot.
  2. Every item gets a code and a place. Type, category, warehouse, value and alert level. Stock updates live — no spreadsheets.
  3. An employee scans and takes it. In the mobile app they just scan the code with their phone. Storely checks group permissions and monthly limits.
  4. Gear rides with the vehicle. Item bundles assigned to a specific van. You always know what's in which vehicle.
  5. Returns, under control. Returnable items have a time limit. When someone overruns it, Storely flags it — with a name and a date.
  6. Reports and shortages — before you run out. A widget dashboard, PDF stock and turnover reports, low-stock alerts. The loop closes.
